The free checker

Your submitted text is sent to our server for a rules-based assessment. The application code does not save that text in its database or send it to an external AI provider. Hosting infrastructure may process operational logs. Please submit only redacted examples, without personal or confidential client information.

Pilot applications

We store the contact details, company, pipeline information and notes you submit, your agreement to receive a response, the acquisition source and the application's status. We use this to assess and respond to your request. It does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Activity measurement

We store daily counts of page views, completed checks and application submissions, grouped by campaign and source. Our application does not attach these activity counters to an email or an individual visitor identifier. Your source is remembered in your browser's session storage; the free-use counter is stored locally in your browser. The hosting provider may maintain its own operational data.

Access and deletion requests

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Application data is retained for follow-up and administration until reviewed or deleted; automatic retention limits are not currently enabled. Administrative access to application records is restricted through the hosting platform.

Service providers

The application is hosted on Hatchable. External fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard browser requests. No client databases should be uploaded to this early-access application.
