REOPEN FIELD NOTES
How to follow up after a proposal goes quiet
Read the last exchange
A sent proposal is not evidence that someone read it or is ready to buy. Check whether they requested a deadline, clarification or a particular communication channel.
Ask one useful question
Make it easy to answer: Is the project still under consideration, and what would help the decision? Replace generic urgency with a real detail from the prior conversation.
Stop when the answer is clear
Honor stop requests and clear rejections. Silence alone does not justify an endless sequence. Review applicable contact requirements before sending.
Reopen is an early-access product. The free checker is rules-based; it does not send messages or guarantee results.
