Keep the review small

Start with ten proposals whose last interaction is documented. Record the last message, agreed next step, age of the opportunity and any contact restriction. Do not rank only by project value.

Use four decisions

Reopen when there is a relevant reason and contact is appropriate. Wait when a future date or missing detail matters. Drop when there is a clear rejection. Block when contact has been prohibited.

Make the output operational

Give each eligible opportunity an owner and a next review date. Record replies and renewed discussions. Avoid assigning a recovery percentage without evidence.
